Michael Rooker Wants Guardians Of The Galaxy Director James Gunn To Do A Yondu Spinoff

If Marvel’s upcoming slate of movies isn’t enough for you, you’re in good company. Michael Rooker apparently wants to see a standalone Yondu film.

Judging by James Gunn’s recent Facebook post, embedded below, Rooker often sends Gunn fan art photos of make-believe Yondu films or at least images of similar natures. In this case, it’s an NC-17 affair exploring Yondu’s dark side in the cosmic world.

Is there room in the movie world for a Yondu film? Michael Rooker certainly thinks so!

While a Yondu movie will probably never happen, you can catch Michael Rooker in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 in May 2017.
