Charjabug: as predicted, Charjabug is the evolved form of Grubbin.Charjabug is known as “the Battery Pokemon” and can store enough electricity in its body to power a house for a full day.Charjabug’s Battery ability powers up the special moves of allies in battle.

Vikavolt: Charjabug’s evolved form. Vikavolt will often use Charjabug as an extra battery, carrying it around with its legs.Vikavolt is naturally quick and will “dump” Charjabug during battle to increase its mobility. Vikavolt’s name and design might be a reference to Vic Viper from the old Gradius games.

Drampa: the “Placid” Pokemon.Drampa has the new Berserk ability, which increases its Special Attack when its HP is below half strength. Drampa is very friendly towards people and seems especially drawn to children. While Drampa usually live alone on mountaintops, they descend into the forests each morning to gather berries to eat.

Bruxish: the “Gnash Teeth” Pokemon.Bruxish’s psychic powers come from a protuberence on its head and is used to give its prey and enemies terrible headaches.Bruxish will grind its teeth when using its psychic powers, which gives other Pokemon a warning its about to attack.Bruxish has the new Dazzling ability, which prevents enemy Pokemon from using priority attacks.

Cutiefly: the “Bee Fly” Pokemon.Cutiefly is attracted to people feeling intense emotions, as their auras resemble flowers in full bloom.

Togedemaru: the “Roly-Poly” Pokemon. Togedemaru’s antenna (located on the back of its head) acts as a lightning rod that it uses to charge its electrical attacks.Togedemaru’s fur is covered in needles, so it can defend itself when it rolls up into a ball.

In addition to the seven Pokemon revealed in the trailer, the Pokemon Company also released details about two Pokemon first seen in a Japanese magazine earlier this month.Rockruff (known as Iwanko in Japan) is a Rock type “puppy” Pokemon with a strong sense of smell. Rockruff becomes wilder when it starts to evolve.Komala (known as Nekkoara in Japan) is a Normal type “Drowsing” koala Pokemon that’s in a constant state of sleepiness.Komala has the Comatose ability, which prevents it from getting any status conditions save for falling Asleep.

If that weren’t enough news, Nintendo also teased some additional new features for Pokemon Sun and Moon.According to the Pokemon Sun and Moon website, Pokemon will be able to use “moves more powerful than any seen before.” A screenshot showed Pikachu unleashing a powerful Electric beam attack, spurring speculation that Pokemon will have a special “Mega-Move” or ultimate attack.Other screenshots showed a mysterious new forest and a trainer riding a Stoutland.
