Lien has been in jail since September 3, when deputies came to her home and said that Lien had an active warrant in Roane County on two counts of exposing herself to a child under the age of 13.

A neighbor claims that when she and Lien had a disagreement centered on the neighbor’s children, Lien flashed them, and then dropped her pants before returning to her home, according to the local ABC affiliate.

Lien apparently denied the claims, but was naked when law enforcement arrived to confront her. They further claim that she attempted to resist arrest and threatened to have the deputies “shot and killed” before carrying her to the car and dressing her in clothes from the jail.

WATE reports that Lien has a criminal history that includes aggravated assault, resisting arrest, evading arrest and reckless endangerment on April 17 by the Harriman Police Department. In 2012, she was arrested for domestic assault in Roane County.
