The Galaxy Far, Far, Away is feeling oh-so fresh for Star Wars Day.

In honor of the global celebration of all that is Star Wars, Subway has teamed-up with the franchise for—wait for it—Star Wars-themed food art (No, this is not a Jedi mind trick). For the special collaboration, Subway is asking its fans to post their own Star Wars art using Subway ingredients like vegetables, bread, and meat. Here’s hoping someone makes a Jabba sculpture out of a meatball sub.

To fuel fans’ inspiration, Subway kicked the promotion off with a R2-D2 mural composed entirely out of vegetables. We’re guessing that this rendition probably tastes as natural as the metals and plastics used to make the real R2, but at least it’s pretty to look at.
