Warner Bros. is developing a new installment of The Fugitive.
The Andrew Davis-directed 1993 film was an adaptation of the 1960s television series about Richard Kimble, a surgeon wrongfully accused of murdering his wife. The film starred Harrison Ford in the role of Kimble, Tommy Lee Jones in his Oscar-winning performance as Kimble’s pursuer, Police Lieutenant Samuel Gerard, and Andreas Katsulas as Fredrick Sykes, the one-armed man who actually murdered Kimble’s wife.

Jones returned for the film’s sequel, U.S. Marshals, with Wesley Snipes and Robert Downey Jr. Warner Bros. has not yet stated if any previous cast member were returning for the new film.
The new The Fugitive film is being written by Christina Hodson (The Eden Project, Shut In). Arnold and Anne Kopelson will return as producers.
