Shia LaBeouf is no stranger to eccentric projects, such as the #IAMSORRY installation where he sat with a bag over his head, or the #METAMARATHON, where he ran around a museum 144 times.

His latest project, with collaborators Nastja Säde Rönkkö and Luke Turner, is called #ELEVATE. The three creators are currently occupying the elevator at EC English Oxford in Gloucester Green. It started at 9am this morning, and will continue until 9am on February 20th. You can head here to see the live feed, which features mostly an elevator door, but with live sound so you can hear the random conversations that happen throughout the day.

Visitors can join the trio in the elevator, and pretty much talk about anything. It’s free, so if you are in the area, you could just head over and have a conversation with them. I listened to a bit of the feed, and it seems to be a pretty upbeat but low-key atmosphere, with just general topics coming up for the most part.

I’ll give it this, it is different.
