Kylo Ren found himself at odds internally during Star Wars: Episode VII – The Force Awakens. Most figured it was due to his childhood and the lack of a father figure, or seeing what his uncle did and wanting to add to that legacy.

In Dorkly’s humorous take on Kylo’s motivations for going to the dark side, Kylo list to Luke Skywalker the myriad of reasons to be a Sith. In addition to the Lightsabers and girls, he also makes a solid point that most Jedi (that aren’t hunted down and killed) end up living a sort of depressing existence, lonely and isolated for years and years until someone seeks them out.
Kylo actually makes some sense, especially about that whole ghost thing. That seems kind of lame, and it’s not like you get paid overtime or anything for that. Lame.
