Wilmer Valderrama has been added to the cast of Fox’s new drama television series Minority Report, which is based on Steven Spielberg’s 2002 futuristic film of the same name. Valderrama will play a police detective.

Valderrama is best known for playing the role of foreign exchange student Fez in Fox’s sitcom That ’70s Show. To the youngsters they’ll recognize his voice as Manny from the children’s show Handy Manny. He is currently co-starring in the From Dusk Til Dawn television series for El Rey Network.
The show is set 10 years after the end of Precrime in D.C., as seen in Tom Cruise’s film.
One of the three Precogs, Dash (Sands), struggles to lead a “normal” human life but remains haunted by visions of the future when he meets a detective, Lara Vega (Good), who’s haunted by her pastย andย just might help him find a purpose to his gift. Valderrama will play Will Blake, a new police detective atย the precinct who fills in for Vega when she’s out on leave, and when Vega sizes him up, she decides she doesn’t like him. – Deadline
