The cast of Twentieth Century Fox’s X-Men: Apocalypse are featured on a new theater standee for the film.

At the center of standee is the X-Men prequel trilogy’s core cast: Professor X (James McAvoy) with his newly shaved head, Mystique (Jennifer Lawrence) helping the Professor lead his new class of X-Men, and Magneto (Michael Fassbender) in his new costume.

Apocalypse (Oscar Isaac) looms large over the rest of the cast, with his Horsemen โ Magneto, Psylocke (Olivia Munn), Storm (Alexandra Shipp), and Archangel (Ben Hardy) โ take up one side of the standee. Charles Xavier’s best friend, Beast (Nicholas Hoult), and the new class of X-Men โ Jubilee (Lana Condor), Quicksilver (Evan Peters), Nightcrawler (Kodi Smit-McPhee), and Jean Grey (Sophie Turner) โ take up the other side. Cyclops (Tye Sheridan) was not invited, it seems.
Fans may notice the purple effect surrounding Psylocke’s right hand. We didn’t get to see much of what Psylocke can do in the first trailer for X-Men: Apocalypse, but this seems to be the first hint of her psychic knife.
The X-Men’s uniforms are noticeably Spartan, but remember that director Bryan Singer teased a possible glimpse of costumes that are at least a bit more colorful in the film. I’d guess that wardrobe change won’t occur until close to the film’s end.
