Back in December, someone donning a costume that resembles the one Earth-19 (where H.R. comes from) speedster the Accelerated Man wears was spotted on the set of The Flash. He wore a red pilot’s suit and matching cap with goggles, as well as yellow boots and gloves and a white belt and mouth covering.

Up until now, we weren’t 100% sure if it was the Accelerated Man or when this costumed-character would appear in the show. However, now that The CW has released stills (along with captions) from “Attack on Central City,” we know Accelerated Man will appear in this Tuesday’s episode and be played by Sean Poague โ€” an actor that has appeared in The Man in the High Castle and Sandra Brown’s White Hot.

Earth-19 is the Earth of the DC Comics multiverse where the story in the popular Gotham by Gaslight graphic novel, DC Comics’ first ever Elseworlds tale, took place. Earth-19 is an Earth where superheroes appeared during the Industrial Revolution of the Edwardian era, which would explain the Accelerated Man’s dated look and unusual name.

The Flash airs Tuesday nights at 8 p.m. ET/PT on The CW.
