There is no word yet on how long Barry Allen has been The Flash by the time he encounters Bruce Wayne in Justice League. It appears, though, that he’ll have been speeding through city streets to save lives long enough to have encountered one of his major villains.
Among the many numbers, labels, logos, and images behind Ezra Miller’s Barry Allen in the new photo is a mock-up for “Cold Resistance.” This is almost certainly an improvement made to Barry’s Flash suit in an effort to be better equipped for feuds with the Rogue character.

Early rumors for The Flash movie suggest the character would be taking on the Rogues as the film’s central villains. Since, however, the movie has undergone some significant changes. At San Diego Comic Con, Warner Bros. did not flash a logo for the film across the screen as it did in previous years, instead debuting a logo for a Flashpoint movie. The changes have all pushed the film to lose two directors in as many years.
There is no official word on Captain Cold becoming a part of the DC Extended Universe just yet, nor any casting for the part.
