DC fans were thrilled to hear that DC Films was adding a Deathstroke movie to its crowded slate of films currently in development. The Raid: Redemption‘s Gareth Evans was an exciting pick for a director, and Deathstroke star Joe Manganiello has been a fan-favorite pick for the character of Slade Wilson for over a year now.

While the Deathstroke movie goes through the paces of the pre-production, fans (like our friend BossLogic) are already offering some creative suggestions for how Slade Wilson’s big-screen debut should be handled:

This poster goes even further than just giving us a creative angle and tone for Deathstroke: BossLogic is honoring some longtime fan wishes by having Supernatural star Jensen Ackles playing the role of Jason Todd, aka Red Hood.

Fans have been wanting to see Ackles play Todd in a live-action of the Batman storyline “Under The Red Hood” ever since the actor voiced the character in the animated feature Batman: Under The Red Hood in 2010. Having Ackles join the DCEU would be a big geek-friendly win for the franchise, and if Jason Todd were to make an appearance in Matt Reeves’ The Batman, he would definitely be poised to be great secondary character in the Deathstroke movie.

In other words: someone make this happen!
