Zatanna first appeared in Hawkman #4 in 1964. She is the daughter of the magician Zatarra and has the ability to cast spells by saying words backward. She has become a fan favorite in the DC Comics. She’s a former member of the Justice League and, more recently, a member of the magically inclined Justice League Dark.
Zatanna is rumored to appear in the upcoming Justice League Dark movie, alongside Dr. Alec Holland / Swamp Thing, John Constantine / Hellblazer, Jason Blood / Etrigan The Demon, Jim Corrigan / The Spectre, Nimue Inwudu / Madame Xanadu, Boston Brand / Deadman. However, the film’s future seems in jeopardy as Dough Liman has become just the latest director to drop out of the project.
Zatanna did appear in the Justice League Dark animated film that was released by DC Entertainment and Warner Bros. Home Entertainment in February.
Justice League currently has a 4.13 out of 5 ComicBook.com User Anticipation Rating, making it the fifth most anticipated upcoming comic book movie among ComicBook.com readers. Let us know how excited you are about Justice League by giving it your own rating below.

Despite the formation of an unprecedented league of heroes — Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg and the Flash — it may be too late to save the planet from an assault of catastrophic proportions.
