The Flash will dive into mind boggling story lines with its third season premiere. For some viewers, alternate universes and new timelines may be hard to keep track of – to clear up any confusion, comic book and DC TV universe experts Brandon Davis, Chris Killian and Lucas Siegel will analyze the episode – calling out Easter Eggs referencing the Flashpoint comic, insight on ties to previous seasons, and much more.
To kick off the show, Davis will break down highlights and fan favorite moments, leading a discussion with Seigel and Killian. All the while, a live comment section facilitates the conversation to have fans’ most intriguing and pressing questions answered.
Appearing on the premiere episode of Flashback will be Flash alum Teddy Sears. In Season 2 of the CW series, Sears played an undercover Hunter Zolomon posing as Jay Garrick. His reveal as the season’s Zoom was one of the most breathtaking moments of the series to date, making his perspective on the new season one of the most valuable. Of course, a new timeline unleashed in the Season 2 finale opens the window for former heroes and villains such as Sears’ Zolomon to make a return in redefined form.
During Flashback, fans will be invited to submit opinions of the Season 3 premiere of The Flash for a chance to be featured on next week’s show and win some awesome Flash swag.
Flashback follows the launch of After the Dead and Good Knight Gotham, which follow AMC’s The Walking Dead and Fox’s Gotham, respectively. The new series will continue to build on ComicBook.com’s line-up of interactive shows which were spawned from the daily news show, ComicBook NOW!. Stars such as The Walking Dead‘s Ross Marquand, Michael Cudlitz, and Josh McDermitt, Fear the Walking Dead’s Danay Garcia, Agents of SHIELD‘s Lorenzo James Henrie, and Gotham‘s David Mazouz and Jessica Lucas have headlined previous shows, prompting immense buzz among fans and providing inside looks at their respective series.
