Audiences will get to see some of DC Comics' most popular characters come together when Justice League debuts in November.
In the meantime, fans have flexed their creative muscles by mashing up the team with various other properties. Even the film's first trailer saw a whole slew of mashups, ranging from monster movies to past portrayals of Batman.
And now, a new set of posters pairs the Justice League with another team - the characters from the 1992 sports dramedy A League of Their Own.
The female-led baseball film, which recently celebrated its twentieth anniversary, was paired with Justice League by Halloween Costumes. The resulting character posters, which resemble the ones for the DC Extended Universe film, are pretty fantastic.
A League of Their Own's main character, Dottie Hinson (Geena Davis), is paired with Wonder Woman, as they are both seen as "the glue that holds the team together." Dottie's sister, Kit Keller (Lori Petty), is given the title of Aquawoman, since both characters have backstories that "set [them] apart from the rest of the team."
Mae Mordabito (Madonna) is compared to The Flash, as both characters display "impulsiveness, exuberance, and speed". Doris Murphy (Rosie O'Donnell) is dubbed Batwoman, for the "fearless and quick-witted" qualities she shares with Bruce Wayne.
And finally, Mamie Johnson - a real-life player who overcame adversity to pitch for the Indianapolis Clowns - is linked to Cyborg.
You can check out all of the character posters - as well as a group shot modeled after Justice League's - below.

But despite the formation of this unprecedented league of heroes—Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg and The Flash—it may already be too late to save the planet from an assault of catastrophic proportions.
Justice League is directed by Zack Snyder, from a screenplay by Chris Terrio, and features an ensemble cast that includes Ben Affleck (Batman), Henry Cavill(Superman), Gal Gadot (Wonder Woman), Ezra Miller (The Flash), Jason Momoa (Aquaman), Ray Fisher (Cyborg), Ciarán Hinds (Steppenwolf), Amy Adams (Lois Lane), Diane Lane (Martha Kent), Jeremy Irons (Alfred Pennyworth), J.K.
