During New York Comic Con we got a new Justice League trailer that centered on the theme of “Heroes,” and it opened with a first look at Henry Cavill’s Superman in the film, who appeared in a dream sequence of Amy Adams’ Lois Lane.

Well, artist and Comicbook.com friend BossLogic has gone back and re-imagined the Superman dream sequence in the new Justice League trailer with a major DC Comics superhero substitution.
Here’s what that Superman dream sequence from Justice League looks like like with Green Lantern:

The Green Lantern Corps isn’t present on Earth when Justice League starts, as is pointed out in a line from villain Steppenwolf, who claims that Earth is perfect for conquer with no Kryptonians or Lanterns guarding it. It’s been suspected that one of the twists of Justice League (either during the film or in post-credits) could be seeing the Green Lanterns coming to Earth for the first time.
So, while a scene like this between Superman and Hal Jordan won’t be happening, we may yet get to see a green lantern shine in Justice League. For more of BossLogic’s awesome artwork, check out the photo gallery above!
Catch Justice League in theaters on November 17th.
