For their Batman Miniatures Game, the focus is on DC’s CW universe. Now fans have a CW-style Flash and Reverse Flash to go alongside their recently released comic style versions. While Reverse Flash might be the villain, his miniature is by far the slicker looking of the two. Rounding out the DC entries is the game’s first Spartan mini, aka John Diggle, from CW’s Arrow. Spartan also comes with his trademark helmet. All three of the DC releases will retail for about $22.
On the Marvel Miniatures Game side of things, the options draw more inspiration directly from the comics. First up is an Iron Man Hulkbuster mini, which looks fantastic in the picture, but just note you’ll need to paint it. The sculpt does give you ample opportunities to go crazy with lights and glows though, so the only limit is your patience and time. Also available by himself is Wolverine’s frequent nemesis Sabretooth in his classic comic attire.
While he might seem a bit random, he isn’t when you consider the other Marvel offering. Knight Models is also selling a Brotherhood of Evil Mutants set, which includes Magneto, Pyro, Lady Mastermind, and Toad. The group all come on similar bases, so while they don’t connect directly, they should fit pretty well together, including Sabretooth. Hulkbuster and the Brotherhood will retail for around $50 while Sabretooth will retail for $22.
