The company teased three new comic related products on their Instagram account (via Toyark), with the first one being a pretty far along sculpt of Batgirl. She appears to be from the Arkham-verse, specifically Arkham Knight (via DLC), and will come with a grappling gun accessory.
Not content to just dabble in the video game world, Prime 1 also released a teaser for their upcoming Joker statue, based on Heath Ledger’s clown prince of crime from The Dark Knight. The likeness to the late actor is phenomenal, as is the detailing in the makeup and hair. Hopefully, we’ll get a full look soon.
The third entry comes from Warner Bros. and DC’s upcoming film Suicide Squad. The spotlight is on Harley Quinn here, though she seems early on in the process, appearing unpainted. Unfortunately, the photos don’t show her face, only her legs and back, but you can already see some fantastic detailing in her jacket, complete with her “Property of Joker” wording on the back of it.
No word on date or prices yet, but we’ll let you know when those become available. The studio also dropped a teaser image centered around the Transformers. The image is a sneak peek of their appearance at the 2016 Wonder Festival in Tokyo Japan, which takes place on Sunday, July 24th. 5 Transformers can be seen, including one that looks a lot like Optimus, but I guess we’ll have to wait and see what versions these turn out to be.
