The CW has provided ComicBook.com with an exclusive preview of “Resist,” tonight’s penultimate episode of Supergirl season 2.

In the clip, seen above, Lena Luthor (Katie McGrath) faces off with Rhea (Teri Hatcher). The pair formed a fast bond, as Rhea needed Lena’s engineering skills to enact a part of her grand plan for National City and in order to woo the girl over, came on as the maternal mentor Lena needed especially after having played a key role in sending her biological mother (played by Brenda Strong, and also appearing this week) to prison.
On top of all that, TV icon Calista Flockhart returns to the series for the final two episodes as Cat Grant.
In tonight’s episode, Supergirl (Melissa Benoist) grapples with whether or not to obey the President’s (guest star Lynda Carter) orders regarding Rhea’s (guest star Teri Hatcher) latest actions. Meanwhile, Cat Grant (Calista Flockhart) returns to National City.
