It features a very merry and drunk Kara Danvers in the DEO headquarters, being escorted to a chair by J’onn J’onzz. She informs them that she got drunk while attending happy hour with Mon-El.

Aside from that, Winn informs J’onn that the Thorul Arctic Research Station in Norway put out an S.O.S. and hasn’t been heard from since. The place is under quarantine until the DEO can investigate.

THE GUARDIAN DEBUTS IN NATIONAL CITY โ€“ The Guardian debuts to lend a hand after a parasite alien drains Supergirl (Melissa Benoist) of her power. Mon-El (Chris Wood) considers a less than desirable new career which then leads him to contemplate his motives. Alex (Chyler Leigh) struggles with a new reality.

Andrew Kreisberg and Caitlin Parris wrote the script based on the story by Greg Beranti. The episode was directed by Larry Teng.

Distributed worldwide by Warner Bros. International Television Distribution, SUPERGIRL is executive produced by Greg Berlanti (Arrow, The Flash), Ali Adler (The New Normal), Andrew Kreisberg (The Flash, Arrow) and Sarah Schechter (Blindspot, The Mysteries of Laura). Supergirl is based on the characters created by Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster and appearing in DC Comics, by special arrangement with the Jerry Siegel Family.
