J’onn informs the group that Psi is the strongest psychic he’s ever encountered — he instructs Winn to start developing some tech to stop the psch attacks.

Samantha confronts Ruby about the fight. Ruby tells her mom that she got into a fight because a bully called her a liar after she said her mom had superpowers. Samantha gets upset and reminds her daughter that she doesn’t have superpowers and she needs to let the issue go.
Lena talks to Kara at CatCo, she doesn’t seem too thrilled about Kara’s increased absence. Lena informs her that she knows when people are lying, and let’s her known that if it’s about Mon-El, she can take however much time off she needs. Act VI

Alex walks up to Samantha and Ruby in the back of an ambulance and remembers them from the waterfront in last week’s episode. Samantha asks Ruby why it’s so important that she has superpowers, letting her know that if she had super powers, she would have been the one to save Ruby and not Supergirl.
