Alex Ross continues to be one of the pre-eminent comic artists in the industry today, partly due to his lovely takes on some of DC’s greatest icons. That includes the powerful Amazon Wonder Woman, and a talented artist decided to give one of his pieces a Gal Gadot inspired makeover.

Ross tends to share a great deal of art on his Twitter feed, and back on May 14th, he shared a Wonder Woman piece in honor of Mothers Day. It features Diana standing in full costume staring off into the distance and is beautiful on its own. With Gal Gadot’s version hitting theaters soon, however, it makes sense that some would rather her likeness be featured, and that’s what artist Beyondity Art decided to do. The piece is simply stunning, with Gadot striking the exact same pose. Most notable is the coloring, with lush blues and reds highlighting her hair and costume. You can check out more of Beyondity Art’s work on Facebook. So, which version do you prefer?
