Rockstar Games has revealed that the VR game L.A. Noire: The VR Case Files will be releasing this month, coming for HTC Vive on December 15th. In it, players will be able to explore the city and take on a number of cases from the perspective of the detective, with a number of interactive elements that will draw you deeper into the story.
A price hasn’t been given on the game yet, but it shouldn’t be too expensive, and it will reintroduce the detective from the previous games, Cole Phelps, as he attempts to solve a handful of new cases. We’ll probably be getting a new trailer soon, so be sure to check back for more information on that.
Rockstar Games has been going all out with its promotion of L.A. Noire, even going as far as making special edition game consoles that it’s giving away through social media, including specially designed Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PC and Nintendo Switch systems. These would look great in anyone’s gaming library, so don’t forget to enter while you can.
We’ll have our review of L.A. Noire shortly, but if you loved the original game, or you’re just in the mood for a terrific Rockstar Games adventure while you wait for Red Dead Redemption 2 to eventually arrive, this is definitely one you don’t want to miss out on.
