Marvel fans have joked and lamented about the secrecy surrounding Avengers: Infinity War. But according to one of the film's cast members, Sebastian Stan, the set's secrecy is a little daunting behind the scenes as well.

During a recent panel at Rhode Island Comic Con, Stan addressed the unique approach Marvel Studios has to filming Infinity War - namely, not letting actors see large portions of the film's script.

"It's not something you always deal with." Stan, who plays Bucky Barnes/Winter Soldier, explained. "I feel like you always kind of have a script. But I guess, what I would say is, because we've done these characters for a bit now, there's a little bit of a telepathic kind of knowledge between us and the writers. And you kind of can sometimes guess where they're going to take it, a little bit."

That being said, Stan did acknowledge the challenges of being in Infinity War - namely, trying to get a grasp on the story while also following the production's intricate schedule.

"For example, this one was really hard, because we keep going in and out." Stan added. "I go back there for a week, and then I leave for a month. And then I go back there for a few more days. So it's a little bit out of sync. But it still hopefully adds up in the end."

Judging by early reports, Infinity War will absolutely add up in the end. Stan's costar, Mark Ruffalo, recently called the film "epic and funny", while Paul Bettany hinted that the film's highly-anticipated trailer is "badass."
