The Avengers: Infinity War trailer gave fans a lot to process, including one particular piece of facial hair.

After being teased in the first screenings of Avengers: Infinity War footage, as well as the film’s epic San Diego Comic-Con poster, fans finally got a look at Steve Rogers/Captain America’s (Chris Evans) beard in action.

In a way, fans kind of saw this coming, seeing as Steve essentially became a fugitive of the law by the end of Captain America: Civil War, and would need a new look because of it. Still, Steve’s new aesthetic is certainly something that has to be seen to be believed, and has sparked quite a reaction on social media.
