Now there's a working (kind of) Iron Man suit cosplay out there. Wayne Berendhuysen a mechanical whiz when it comes to making a practical costumes has been featured in a "Insider" video. That you can watch below. In it he shows off all of the cool things that his suit can do - from shooting Co2 and fog from it's boosters to even charging your phone. It doesn't seem that it has a Jarvis AI installed yet - but only time will tell.
Over at his own youtube page you can see the step by step making of for the costume and see the all of his wonderful inventions. The whole page is filled with videos to help people create more practical cosplays using electronics and 3D printing for more realistic looks. Here's a more full look at the costume - shot at night so you can see it's lighting and smoke effects in all it's wonder.
The Iron Man suit is specifically inspired by Iron Man 3 - and Tony's mark 39 costume. It's an interesting one to design for as it's only briefly seen in the film amongst dozens of others.
