After two films playing Nebula opposite the Guardians of the Galaxy, Karen Gillan will get to bring the character to Earth in Avengers: Infinity War and meet the Avengers.

There’s one Avenger in particular that Gillan hopes to share the screen with, and that’s Tony Stark.
“I don’t know who I’m going to be sharing the screen with but, if I could choose anyone, I’d go with Iron Man,” Gillan tells Screen Rant. “Yeah. I feel they would have an interesting relationship. He’s pretty cool.”
Nebula’s grim and serious personality meeting with Tony Stark’s cocksure glibness does sound like a meeting that could yield some interesting results.
That’s just one item on Karen Gillan’s wish list for Avengers: Infinity War. She’s also hoping to get Nebula’s big moment from the Infinity Gauntlet comic book, where Nebula briefly gains control of the Infinity Gauntlet itself.
“I, of course, hope so,” Gillan said. “That would be amazing. When I was preparing to play Nebula the first time, I read the Infinity Gauntlet and I loved it because it was the most Nebula heavy comic. And, yeah, that would be amazing if it does follow that storyline. I’m hoping. I don’t know yet because it’s a very big secret. But I’m hoping.”
Avengers: Infinity War will release in 2018, but Nebula will first appear in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2.
