Baylor University’s Golden Wave marching band recently debuted a Guardians of the Galaxy-themed half time show over the weekend. You can check out a video of it below.
The band performs a medley of songs from both Guardians soundtracks, starting with Vol. 2 songs ‘Fox on the Run’ and ‘Surrender’. The medley then goes into some of Vol. 1’s standout songs, including ‘Hooked on a Feeling’, ‘Fooled Around And Fell In Love’, ‘Ain’t No Mountain High Enough’, and ‘I Want You Back.’
Along the way, the band’s formations form some of Guardians’ most recognizable iconography, including Rocket Raccoon’s head, Star-Lord’s mixtape and helmet, and an adorable dancing Baby Groot.
The Texas university’s routine has gotten quite a bit of attention in recent days, including a series of Twitter endorsements from Guardians writer and director James Gunn.
