The events of Civil War II #1 set the Marvel Universe on the path to war. After War Machine died in a battle with Thanos prompted by the precognitive Inhuman Ulysses, Tony Stark is left reeling and looking to strike back, and he’s willing to risk war with the Inhumans to do it. Seeing his chance, Tony infiltrates New Attilan, but Captain Marvel warned Medusa, Queen of the Inhumans, to expect Tony’s visit.
As Iron Man’s conflict with Captain Marvel and the Inhumans deepens, a line will be drawn. Which heroes will choose to stand with Iron Man, and which will back Captain Marvel in her quest for predictive justice?
