Thor Ragnarok: Trailer Shows First Look At Surtur

The Comic-Con trailer for Thor: Ragnarok is out and it’s absolutely breathtaking.

As the trailer winds down, we get our first real look at Surtur. The Hulk (Mark Ruffalo) can be seen leaping into battle with the demon.

With roots in Norse mythology, Surtur has been a long-time enemy of Thor’s and was adapted to comics by icons Stan Lee and Jack Kirby.

While we previously saw the character in toy form as Funko released images of their Ragnarok POP! toys earlier this month, this trailer is the first time we’ve seen the character in live-action form.
