Most Marvel fans have dreamed of swinging around on web lines like Spider-Man at one time or another, even making the iconic “Thwip” sound when no one happened to be looking. While you can’t swing on them, JLaser Video brings the web shooter aspect of that to llife.

Using an inspired combination of 3D Printing, velcro, glue, and customized cigarette light, JLaser is able to build a working web shooter, complete with LED’s that make it glow. The effect is enhanced thanks to the straps being made with 3D pen, giving it a web-like quality.
A 3D printed trigger that lands in the palm of his hand activates the lighter, though unfortunately, it doesn’t actually spit out web fluid. You’ll have to create that on your own, but once you do you’ll have the perfect method to start your web-swinging career.

A young Peter Parker/Spider-Man (Tom Holland), who made his sensational debut in Captain America: Civil War, begins to navigate his newfound identity as the web-slinging super hero in Spider-Man: Homecoming. Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 is in theaters now. Spider-Man: Homecoming lands on July 7, 2017, followed by Thor: Ragnarok on November 3, 2017. After that Black Panther debuts on February 16, 2018, while Avengers: Infinity War hits theaters on May 4, 2018. Ant-Man and the Wasp is slated for July 6, 2018, followed by Captain Marvel on March 8, 2019.
