One of the best scenes in Logan is when Wolverine sees that the Reavers are tracking and hunting down Laura and the rest of the mutant children while they journey north to the Canadian border. In order to catch-up and intervene, he takes all of the Transigen serum. That causes him to go into beserker mode, slicing and dicing the bad guys with a viciousness we have never seen on-screen before.

Days after the film was released, Hugh Jackman shared a video (above) of himself recording ADR (Automated Dialogue Replacement) for that very scene. It’s really remarkable how Jackman immersed himself in the character and the scene while being in a rather dull recording booth. He truly sounded as though he was sprinting through the thick forest and slaughtering dozens of Reavers.

Timothy Simons, the 38-year-old actor best known for playing dim-witted Congressman Jonah Ryan on Veep, has tweeted a video (below) in which he perfectly reenacts Jackman’s beastly ADR performance. However, instead of looking at Logan footage while he grunts, growls and wildly swings his phantom adamantium claws, Simons performs while viewing a clip from his HBO television series.
