Netflix is now streaming a surprising treat for John Wick fans. The Keanu Reeves-starring franchise launched in 2014 and has since grown to become one of the most influential and successful action series. Just months after the release of the franchise’s latest installment, From the World of John Wick: Ballerina, and with more films on the horizon, John Wick fans have something new to stream on Netflix – and it has a rare 100% perfect Rotten Tomatoes score.

Netflix subscribers can now stream Wick Is Pain. The documentary, directed by Jeffrey Doe, was filmed over a decade and pulls the curtain back on the John Wick franchise, exploring how it went from a film that almost wasn’t made to a billion-dollar franchise. Reeves, director Chad Stahelski, and other members of the cast and crew appear in the behind-the-scenes documentary. Wick Is Pain started streaming on Netflix on November 1st despite not being included in the streamer’s November newsletter and despite the fact that Lionsgate usually debuts new streaming releases on Starz.
Wick Is Pain Is a Perfect Companion to the John Wick Films

What’s New on Netflix?
Wick is Pain is one of only several new titles freshly streaming on Netflix. A wave of new additions arrived to the platform on November 1st. Netflix subscribers looking for something new to watch can now stream Baby Driver, the complete Back to the Future franchise, Charlie’s Angels, The Hangover movies, I Know What You Did Last Summer, and Ready Player One. Upcoming additions include movies like Labyrinth (November 7th), The Sandlot (November 13th), and Zodiac (November 17th).
