Arrow Season Three Teaser Gives First Look at Ray Palmer

The Atom has arrived in Starling City, as the new TV spot for Arrow's upcoming third-season premiere includes our first look at Ray Palmer in action.

We also get a high-speed chase, a little bit about the nature of Oliver and Felicity's romance and a look at Felicity's new job at Tech Village, apparently the Arrowverse version of Best Buy.
