Marvel Studios' merchandising division will finally embrace its feminine side for Captain America: Civil War.

As Marvel announced during this week's Licensing Expo 2015, the studio will make a concentrated effort to provide more female-focused products for the Captain America threequel. No doubt, this is a response to the backlash Marvel's received for not producing enough women's apparel or accessories with its last two blockbusters, Guardians of the Galaxy and Avengers: Age of Ultron.

"We'll see an extension mixing in new characters with new skills," he added. "There will also be a big focus on adult female apparel," Paul Gitter, VP of licensing for Marvel at Disney Consumer Products, told Variety.

Gitter revealed that Civil War's merchandise would also focus on rising Marvel Studios stars like War Machine, The Falcon, Vision, Black Widow, and Black Panther. The line will also celebrate Captain America's 75th anniversary with high-end retailers.

As usual, Marvel confirmed that consumers could find these Civil War products from the usual line of suspects, including Hasbro Toys, LEGO, Funko, Mad Engine, Kellogg's (gotta have those Avengers-O's) and more. Fans can plan to see Civil War products on shelves in early March 2016.

Captain America: Civil War opens on May 6th, 2016.
