Based on information that surfaced online about the original Deadpool script, it's been known for a while that Colossus likely had a role in the Deadpool movie. Of course, sometimes scripts can change in the production process, but photographs from early Deadpool filming also backed up that Colossus was still in the film in some form or fashion.
Now, Deadpool screenwriter Rhett Reese has officially confirmed that Colossus is in the film. And what's more, Reese indicated that Colossus will be even bigger in the Deadpool film than fans might have expected. In response to a fan commenting on how the guy playing Colossus on set was enormous, Reese replied "And Colossus will be even bigger!"

Since Reese was replying to a comment about the size of the guy playing Colossus, his bigger comment likely means CGI will render an even larger Colossus than fans have seen in the past.
Deadpool is scheduled to be released in movie theaters on February 12, 2016.
