David Hasselhoff Promises Sharknado 3 Will Be The Worst Movie You've Ever Seen

David Hasselhoff ("Baywatch") was a guest on Huff Post Live and he became overcome with glee when a fan brought up his involvement in the Sharknado franchise.

"You know, It is the worst movie that you have ever seen," Hasselhoff promised of Sharknado 3 while speaking on Huff Post Live. "The first was the worst. The second one I think was even worse than the first. I am so honored to be in Sharknado 3. And I tell yah, I had so much fun making the movie. The people who make the movie have such a great sense of humor. They are the nicest people. Everybody is in on the joke and it is so much fun. I'm telling you, this thing is going to go on forever."

I don't know if it will go on forever, but we do know that there will be a fourth film in the series, but will Hasselhoff be back for it? "And the last shot of me will be me on top of the moon, Hasselhoff said pertaining to Sharknado 3. "I asked, 'Are you going to kill me?' 'No,' they said 'you're going to be in Sharknado 4.'"

The Hoff then goes on to talk about how he ended up with a cameo in Sharknado 2 as Gilbert Sheperd, the father of Fin (Ian Ziering). He stressed the importance of playing it straight even though the story is about tornado-riding sharks attacking people. 

SyFy's Sharknado 3: Oh Hell No! will air Wednesday, July 22 at 9/8c.
