DC Comics to Undergo Restructuring

The always fabulous Nikke Finke gets the scoop on another big story: Warner Bros. is apparently restructuring DC Comics. And no, according to her, it isn't in response to Disney buying Marvel (I agree--corporations don't move this fast). I'd recap, but the details are so many that it's just easier to link to her story.
