Marvel has just released a new teaser with the caption "Injustice, like lightning..." with one seemingly new character shown on it.
Marvel fans should have their ears ringing because this is a line they've heard before, although just modified slightly. That's right, it's a call back to "Justice, Like Lightning" the old Thunderbolts tagline!
We know way back when Marvel announced their All-New All-Different program, their first teaser image featured Citizen V, an original member of the Kurt Busiek & Mark Bagley Thunderbolts run. Since then, we've seen multiple iterations of the team with a varied cast. Everyone from Red Hulk to Deadpool has been a member of the Thunderbolts, and there's no telling who we'll get this time around.
The Marvel press release made mention that this spins out of Avengers: Standoff (which you can learn more about here) so we might not learn more until then.
UPDATE 1/20/16: Looks like we have two new characters added today. This is most certainly a Thunderbolts-esque book.
