Warner Bros. and DC Comics are building their onscreen DC Universe with the recently released Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice and the upcoming Wonder Woman project. While support for Batman V Superman has been slightly contentious, it’s nothing compared to the unmitigated disaster that was Jonah Hex.

Actress Megan Fox, who starred in Jonah Hex alongside Josh Brolin, is fully aware that the movie wasn’t very good, so much so that she doesn’t even want her kids to see it. She told Entertainment Tonight as much when asked if her upcoming Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows was more family friendly, and if that was a focus this time around.
“It would be nice to make some things that they can see, yeah, because something like Jennifer’s Body I’m not going to let them see for a long time. Something like Jonah Hex I’m not going to let them see ever, no one should ever see that movie.”
Personally, I didn’t really think TMNT was that unfriendly to families to begin with. As for Jonah Hex, I like that she is upfront about it, and saving her kids from unnecessary boredom.
