New Heroes Reborn "Lives In The Balance" Teaser Released

NBC has released a brand-new promo for their upcoming 13-episode event series, Heroes Reborn.

In the first Heroes Reborn teaser, which played during the Super Bowl, we saw a mysterious woman -- covered in fur -- standing in the Arctic where a vibrant reddish-aurora shimmers in front of a solar eclipse.

In this new one-minute teaser, the mysterious woman is revealed to be Malina, being played by Danika Yarosh (Shameless). She looks directly into the camera and says, "It's happening faster than we thought. I don't think I can control it much longer."

The saga behind the 2006 breakout series "Heroes" will continue this fall as creator Tim Kring returns to the fold and develops new layers to his original superhero concept. This highly anticipated 13-episode event series will reconnect with the basic elements of the show's first season, where ordinary people were waking up to the fact that they had extraordinary abilities.

The age-old quests burn brightly and a new phenomenon begins when Heroes Reborn premieres September 24 at 8/7c on NBC.
