Top 5 Lines From The Suicide Squad Trailer
Worse of the worst

Right out of the gate, the concept of the movie is revealed and is slightly more accessible than the first trailer. Amanda Waller wants to create a task force of highly skilled mercenaries, but also of people who are, shall we say...expendable.
"The worse of the worst."
That should tell you this won't be a ragtag team of generic bank robbers and thugs. No. People who have made a name for themselves in the criminal world and beyond; household names of crime.

Going down the roster of his new team, Rick Flagg (Joel Kinnaman) lands on one of DC's less known characters, Killer Croc. While Croc is one of Batman's B-List baddies, he hasn't had that much exposure outside the realm of animation. So the highlight of Croc here showing what he can do is pretty surreal.
"He's a crocodile...and he eats people."
Kinnaman's non-chalant delivery is the best part as it injects a dose of humor into what could have been more doom and gloom, given the scenario.
prevnextThe voices.

Debuting over twenty years ago, Harley Quinn finally makes her big screen debut in Suicide Squad, played by Margot Robbie. In the new trailer, we see the spunky and silly Harls that we all know and love as she greets a group of soldiers and jokes about the voices inside her head.
"What was that? I should kill every one and escape? Sorry," she says as she points to her head. "The voices."
Of course she was only kidding, but follows up with: "That's not what they really said."
O...kay...
prevnextI can't wait to show you my toys.

Jared Leto's Joker has been a thing of controversy since his debut last year. Some say the tattoos are a bit too self-aware and the card-deck grill is just over the top. But that's the thing about the Joker, he's supposed to be over the top in mannerisms and style.
We don't get a lot of Joker this time around, but what we do see seems to be another mold-breaking performance of the Clown Prince.
"I can't wait to show you...my toys," he says, slapping an unseen character. We know the Joker always goes all out with this weaponry and gimmicks, but we'll have to wait and see what's up his sleeve for a few more months.
prevnextWe're bad guys. It's what we do.

This line is the embodiment of what the movie is all about.
It comes at the very end of the trailer where Harley sees something from a store, smashes the glass and takes it.
Rick Flagg draws his gun, as he was caught off guard and yells at Harley asking what the hell is wrong with her.
With a sneer and an eyeroll, she replies "We're bad guys. It's what we do."
Of course, Harley. Of course.
