The publisher has assembled ten creative teams, each charged with creating an original series of stories that weave into a shared universe based on George A. Romero’s zombie classic.

“Originally, we were thinking of trickling out a couple series of every month or so, building up our roster over time,” said Double Take General Manager Bill Jemas. “Now we’re planning to launch our new universe in one big bang.”

In late March 2015, Double Take announced the first three books of the series (Rise, Home and Z-Men) for their September launch. Today, the Company is announcing the next seven books of the universe including Honor, Lab, Spring, Remote, Medic, Dedication, and Soul. You can see the cover art below.

Double Take has also launched a Kickstarter campaign in support of Ultimate Night of the Living Dead, designed for fans and retailers to get discounted preorders of print copies and collections.

“Kickstarter is a great way to reach out to readers, to learn what they like and don’t like,” said Robert Meyers, Double Take’s Managing Editor.

Right now, fans can preview the first scenes of the first issues at doubletakeuniverse.com and pre-order a Super Pack on Kickstarter.

You can check out the creative team information for the titles below.
