Beyoncé has some big fans amongst the Grey’s Anatomy cast!

Ellen Pompeo and Camilla Luddington spoofed Beyoncé’s pregnancy announcement photo on Friday, Feb. 3 in the most hilarious way, Us Weekly reports.

“You are pregnant at the same time as Beyoncé,” Pompeo, 47, who is preparing to direct her first episode of the ABC drama, says to a nervous-looking Luddington, 33, in the clip. “When is that ever going to happen again?”

“I just feel a little bit weird,” Luddington says, who is expecting her first child. “Don’t you think you’re taking this directing thing a little bit too far?”

In the video, Luddington is wearing a bra and underwear similar to the one the singer, 35, wore in her announcement. The actress posed in front of a dramatic floral backdrop as well.

Beyoncé’s pregnancy announcement became the most liked Instagram photo ever. She revealed she was expecting twins and her family “will be growing by two.”

Luddington also revealed on Friday that she is expecting a baby girl with boyfriend Matthew Alan.
