A clip surfaced on Reddit last week featuring two men engaged in a light saber battle compete with precarious balancing, dramatic leaps through the air and a decidedly not C3PO droid. The comments exploded like Alderaan being destroyed by the Death Star, with Indian-themed puns and comments, but some eagle-eyed Reddit users recognized the clip’s origin.

Turns out, this awesome Bollywood take on Star Wars is from an Indian superhero space opera called Aryamaan — The Warrior of the Universe. According to Wikipedia, the 89-episode series follows a young prince, Aryamaan, believed by some to be the savior of his people, who is entrusted to the robot Tobo and taken to another planet. There he is trained by an ancient warrior with the hope that he will eventually defeat an evil emperor and save his lost kingdom. You can check out the first episode above.

Sounds a little like Episode 1 to us.
