As part of Star Wars Celebration 2022, Hasbro revealed an animatronic edition of the L0-LA59 (LOLA) droid that appears as young princess Leia’s companion in the Obi-Wan Kenobi series on Disney+. It includes all kinds of fancy features which lead to an $89.99 price tag at launch, but you can get one right here as part of Walmart’s Black Friday sale for only $15, which is a ridiculous 83% off the list price. That beats the previous low of $20 thatย Amazon ranย a few months back. Clearly, there’s quite a bit of Lola overstock out there, but this elaborate toy costs significantly less than a single Black Series figure at this point, which makes it a crazy deal.ย

Will There Be An Obi-Wan Kenobi Season 2 on Disney+?

“I always hesitate to say no to more Obi-Wan Kenobi,” Kennedy said of the Jedi Master onย EW’s Dagobah Dispatchย podcast. “Maybe we end up doing something that gets incorporated into some of the other stories that we’re doing, or eventually into a movie, but who knows? But right now, it’s still our standard stand-alone limited series.”ย

She added: “We have no plans for expansion right now.”

Series director and executive producer Deborah Chow, who helmed all six episodes,ย recently saidย that the story was “conceived as a limited series” and “is closed.” Still, Chow added: “There’s 10 more years beforeย New Hope, so never say never.”
