The midseason finale episodes are titled, “The Unveiling,” and “Children of Wrath,” airing at 9:00 pm ET and 10:00 pm ET, respectively. The synopsis for Episode 3×07 reads, “A new arrival sows a divide within the ranch. Meanwhile, Alicia forms a new relationship in the hopes of maintaining peace.” The synopsis for Episode 3×08 reads, “Madison must negotiate the terms of an agreement in the midst of ranch-wide turmoil. Nick and Alicia challenge their mother’s motives.”

In the final episodes the first half of Fear the Walking Dead‘s third season, the issues between Broke Jaw Ranch and Walker’s Native American clan will come to a potentially explosive conclusion. Walker insists the land on which the Otto family is residing belongs to him and his people while the Clark family has elected to defend it at any cost — going as far as lying to cover up Troy’s killing of the Trimbol family in order to strike fear into the community.

“Am I going to defend [Broke Jaw Ranch]? Yeah,” Jeremiah Otto actor Dayton Callie told ComicBook.com. “It’s like you own a house, you going to defend it? Yeah, you’re going to defend it. If you can if you’re capable. I’m hoping we’re capable. I got to get the other idiots to believe in it.”

Returning in the Midseason 3 finale will be Ofelia Salazar, who has been absent for the entirety of the show’s third season, to date. The character, portrayed by Mercedes Mason, was spotted in the preview for the two-hour finale.

“I found her in the desert,” Callie said of his Jeremiah’s encounter with Ofelia. “Took her and had a brief conversation with her and left her in the desert to die, or not die. It’s up to her, whatever she is. So, I’m not holding her hostage or anything so people can rest assured of that, but whether someone else has her, that’s not my business. I kind of vetted her out in the desert and decided she’s better off in the desert than back at the camp.”
