The Walking Dead Episode 7×14 Trailer Reveals Rosita And Sasha’s Mission

A new preview has been released online for The Walking Dead‘s fourteenth episode of Season 7, set to broadcast one week from Sunday night.

In the teaser, Maggie and Daryl Dixon appear to be on the run from Negan‘s Saviors who continue to menace Gregory’s Hilltop, including Simon who appears to be on an outright hunt for the Alexandrian characters.

More importantly, however, is Rosita and Sasha‘s mission to the Sanctuary. The two characters set out on an apparent suicide mission by the end of the Say Yes episode. While their mission won’t be carried out this weekend in the Bury Me Here episode, they appear to be very actively involved with next week’s hour.

Many fans suspect this mission will mark the end for Sasha, based on the events of Robert Kirkman’s comics and the fate of Abraham’s ex-girlfriend in the books. However, some are holding their expectations back as some theories suggest the show might be setting fans up for a shocking death swap in the vein of Hershel and Tyreese.

What’s interesting about the preview for Episode 7×14 is the fact that Rick Grimes and Negan are both absent from the new footage. As one of the final episodes of Season 7, a year which has been building towards an explosive war, it appears fans will have to wait on seeing any steps toward their first battles.

The Walking Dead is currently the fifth ranked series in ComicBook.com’s TV database, earning a rating of 87.14 out of 100 from fan votes. The only shows ranked with more prestige are The Flash, Stranger Things, Daredevil, and Game of Thrones.
