The crossover you never knew you needed: The Walking Dead and Pokemon.
Okay, you probably still don’t know if you need it, but Michael Cudlitz is making it happen anyway. The actor who played Abraham Ford on AMC‘s The Walking Dead for a few years went on a trip to Japan with a few co-stars and is fully embracing the the popular culture in a new photo on Instagram. Based on the tags in his photo’s caption, he went on the trip with Glenn actor Steven Yeun, Eugene actor Josh McDermitt, and Tara actress Alanna Masterson.

That’s right, Cudlitz is dressed a Pikachu in his latest selfie posted to his Instagram account. Who knew Pikachu could rock the red handlebar mustache so well?
Cudlitz played Abraham on The Walking Dead for three years. He quickly became a fan favorite character as a result of hilariously blunt metaphorical language every time he spoke.
Unfortunately, the character couldn’t survive the Season 7 premiere on October 23, 2016 when Negan elected to take out the biggest threat to himself from Rick’s group. Whether or not we will ever see Abraham on the AMC series again, only possible through flashbacks at this point, is unknown.
