With a new episode of Fear the Walking Dead set to air on Sunday night, the characters residing on or around Broke Jaw Ranch are at constant risk of becoming zombie chow.
Following last week’s Brother’s Keeper episode, which claimed a member of the Otto family in shocking fashion, the Ranch has been complete overrun with zombies. The survivors, with the exception of Nick and Troy, have piled into the cellar pantry in an effort to avoid being bitten but they will turn to Alicia for guidance. Meanwhile, Nick and Troy will risk their lives to save the few individuals who have survived this far.

Elsewhere, Madison, Strand, and Qaletaca will continue their journey back to Broke Jaw Ranch, thinking they’re arriving as heroes with good news. Little do they know, the water supply they’re eager to provide will do little to save the lives of those people trapped in the pantry.
Fear the Walking Dead Episode 3×13 is titled, “This Land Is Your Land.” The official synopsis for This Land Is Your Land reads, “With the Ranchers trapped and without hope, Alicia is thrust into a position of leadership where she’s forced to make life-changing decisions.”
So, who is in danger and who is safe for Fear the Walking Dead Episode 3×13?
Safe or Danger?
Madison- Safe. Madison continues to control Fear the Walking Dead. She sat out Episode 3×12 while on her way back to the Ranch. What she will find upon arrival won’t be ideal but she’ll be eager to rescue her daughter.
Alicia- Danger. For the first time in the back half of Season 3, Alicia is listed as being in danger. The character has developed impressive survival tactics but being trapped in a cellar with unequipped civilians, surrounded by walkers, and running out of air — Alicia’s leadership position might make an escape difficult. Plus, she has now lost her second boyfriend, and when she finds out will likely have a nothing-left-to-live-for feeling
Nick- Safe. Nick continues to impress as survivor. Now, he is determined to rescue his sister from the cellar with the help of another capable survivor — Troy.
Troy- Safe. Troy is completely unaffected by the loss of his father and brother, apparently. Still, he is a valuable tool when it comes to surviving and seems like he might somewhat regret leading the herd to the Ranch. Troy’s status changes from “Danger” to “Safe” this week, even if he is a little off-base.
Qaletaca- Safe. Qaletaca has dozens, if not hundreds, of people ready to sacrifice themselves for his leadership. While he is the odd-man out with Madison and Strand in their current situation, no one is eager to wage war by taking out the Nation’s leader.
Ofelia- Safe. Though Ofelia has evolved and become a key member of the Nation, the character might be on the wrong side of a battle which may or may not be on the horizon. Of course, nothing can happen to Ofelia ahead of the inevitable reunion with her father, making her safe — for now.
Daniel- Safe. Like Ofelia, Daniel can’t go anywhere before the family reunion, but he is in a much safer position to survive to see it. The character is a high ranking member at the dam formerly ruled by Dante and more aware of his surroundings and capable to handle them than anyone near him.
Strand- Safe. Victor Strand has his GPS set for the Ranch with Madison and the two characters have a lot of work left to do.
